02-02-2008 - Sorry for the lack of updates! There's a lot of stuff going on, we are going on a mini-tour of the west coast in March, headed for the San Francisco Irish Music Festival on St. Paddy's Day! Also, Fistolo Records will be releasing our first full-length CD in time for the tour, so keep posted for more details!  We will be updating our shows as they are confirmed, and we will also be opening for UK post-punk pioneers New Model Army in April! We'd also like to announce the arrival of our new fiddle player, Mitchell Johnson.

5/25/07 - We'll be playing the Fountain Lawn Stage at this year's NW Folklife Festival on Saturday May 26th, sharing the folk-punk stage with us will be MarchFourth Marching Band, Los Mex Pistols del Norte, and The Bad Things. Check out the line-up and other acts here.

11/09/2006 - Our 1st official release, "Bored of the Dance" EP, will be coming out shortly on Aborted Society Records and Fistolo Records! Preorder a copy by visiting either Aborted Society or Fistolo Records' website. We will be playing an all ages FREE event at the University Book Store on Thursday, November 16th from 5PM to 6PM. We'll be playing on the loaded dock by the 15th Ave NE entrance, so come out and have a blast! Check the shows page for details.

1/29/2007 - The Bored of the Dance EP is available now through Aborted Society and Fistolo Records! If you live locally in the Seattle area, the EP can be found at Singles Going Steady, Zion's Gate Records, Second Time Around, and Easy Street Records. We will be playing several shows in the next couple months, check out the shows page for updates. Bored of the Dance T-Shirts now available in the merch section.

5/11/2006-We have confirmed a slot on this year's Folklife Festival at Seattle Center, we will be playing the NW Court Stage and sharing the bill with March Fourth! Marching Band, Wages of Sin, and the Bad Things! Check our shows page for updates as well!

1/02/2006- Greetings and Happy New Year! We have been bestowed the honor of inclusion in Paddy Rock Radio's top 20 list for 2005, check it out! You can now purchase our demo and merch online through this website! Click on the merch link above. A few shows added to the shows listings as well. Come check out Richard Olmsted's art opening in Mount Vernon, WA on January 21st! He is an amazing artist, check out his website in our links section.

12/08/05 - Thanks so much to everyone who came out in support of Mick King last Saturday at the Funhouse! We were able to raise over a thousand dollars to help curb Mick's seriously high medical expenses which he incurred from a physical assault earlier this spring. It was amazing to see so many come together to help a friend in need! Slainte!

11/16/05 - Portland's legendary Epoxies are now confirmed on the Singles Going Steady X-Mas party, line-up now is The Epoxies, The Briefs, The Spits, and Meisce! We hope to see you on the 17th at El Corazon! Also, Meisce will be appearing at the Funhouse on December 3rd for a Benefit for Mick King of the Feederz. Mick is a dear friend to several of us in the band, so come down and help him recover from a huge pile of medical bills! Check the shows page for details.

9/26/2005 - Meisce has been confirmed on Thursday, October 27th to open for Reverend Glasseye and Baby Gramps at the Sunset Tavern in Ballard! Prepare your livers!

09/18/2005 - After a brief hiatus, we are getting ready to play live once again with a new bass player, Nathan Diederichs from local thrashers Inhaste! We are finishing up a recording for a 7" single and a CD right now, both of which will hopefully be out soon! We will be playing with the Wages of Sin at the Jules Maes Saloon in Georgetown on October 22. Come out and celebrate the release of the Wages' new CD!
